**Key Skills**:

- Good Working experience in VMC 3 Axis & 4 Axis
- Must have experience in Mitsubishi, Siemens Control.
- Fanuc Control knowledge is and added advantage
- Must be able to write the Manual 2D Programming
- Setting skill required
- Must be able to read the Engineering Drawing
- GD & T knowledge required
- Measuring instruments experience & knowledge required.
- Selection of tools knowledge is required
- Cutting parameter like feed & speed knowledge is required
- Machine key shorts (Jump, mirror, Recall, etc) knowledge is mandatory
- Knowledge in Jigs & Fixture
- 5S & KAIZEN knowledge required

**Job Responsibility and Duties**
- Able to prepare manual CNC program, independently able to do tool setting & work setting, run the program in machining.
- Understand the design drawing, able to handle measuring instruments and documentation.
- Aerospace machining experience preferred.
- While operating the machine follow the SOP and WI.
- Based on the customer drawing verify the output and validate with the reporting authority.
- Prove the dimensional accuracy of production components based on customer demands.
- Maintain the machine utilization records and machine maintenance check list.
- Plan the machining process and discuss with Programmer / Assembly in charges / Supervisor before starting the machining and clarify the method of machining process for achieving the dimensional accuracy.
- Verify the aesthetic quality of incoming Raw material.
- Maintain the machining records for each cutters and materials.
- Maintain and update the route card, Daily product & inspection report.
- Must be able to do the self inspection
- Must be able to do the tool life monitoring
- Shift in - charge

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
