**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with all departments concerned in order to maintain Front Office functions properly.
- Attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
- Attend visitors or customer present physically at the office. Answers guests inquires, and provide information about our company.
- Checks cleanliness of lobby and public areas, lights and orderly appearance and behavior.
- Promotes and maintains good public relations.
- Monitor office supplies, assist HR in Filing & maintaining office Stationaries
- Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination
- Make supply orders when needed
- Monitor and update records and files

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹97,032.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
