Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide virtual assistance to client
- Generate and send invoices to the customers
- Verify payments are cleared against the invoices
- Keep record of accounts
- Answer calls from prospective customers
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of Accounting
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Night shift
