We’re seeking a future team member for the role of **_Associate, Source-to-Pay Representative I _**to join our **_Enterprise Sourcing Office _**team. This role is located in **_Pune, MH on a Hybrid mode. _**

**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:

- Create Requisitions/Purchase Orders based on predefined rules to ensure compliance and timelines.
- Partner with different Line of Business to receive PO attributes and educate Requestors/Engagement Managers as necessary.
- Ensure timely follow ups are completed and escalated in accordance with procedure document.
- Analyze exceptions arising at the invoice processing stage due to PO issues and resolve.
- Coordinate with different support functions within Enterprise Sourcing Office such as Contracting, Invoice processing, Supplier Management etc., to deliver seamless service to end users.
- Capture information in a meaningful way to ensure dashboard preparation/KPI preparation becomes easy.
- Provide timely feedback in case of changes in the process to ensure documentation is up to date.

**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following**:

- Graduation / Post-Graduation with 3-5 years of prior experience in Procurement Operations.
- Working knowledge of SAP /Oracle /Source to Pay system
- Good command on English

BFSI industry background would be an advantage
