We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Reconciliation Representative I to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Responsible for assisting in the data analysis of reconciliations.
- Participates in identifying trends, providing root cause analysis and execution on recommendations.
- Shadows more senior staff in conducting technical testing and the implementation of reconciliation software.
- Assists in the creation of new technology communication, documentation and business case creation.
- With guidance from senior staff, responsible for the root cause analysis of reconciliation breaks.
- Assists in the creation of the data analysis conclusions, recommendations and updates to initiatives to senior staff.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Any Graduate or Post-graduate
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis and technical backgroundMust have worked on MS Excel
