Job Title: Travel Agent

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, and recommend travel packages, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services

Provide accurate information to clients about travel destinations, including weather conditions, local customs, visa requirements, and other important details

Book reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel-related services

Manage client itineraries, including making changes and adjustments as necessary

Assist clients with travel-related issues and problems, such as cancellations, delays, and lost luggage

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, including new destinations, services, and products

Build and maintain relationships with travel vendors, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators

Handle financial transactions related to travel bookings, including collecting payments, issuing refunds, and reconciling accounts

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Travel Agent or similar role

Strong knowledge of travel destinations, travel industry trends, and travel-related services

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking software

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field is a plus

Certification from a recognized travel industry association is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,945.09 - ₹38,176.70 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
