**Job description**

**RESPOSIBILITIES**
- Knowledge of preparing RFQs for procurement and handling them independently.
- Working relationship with operational levels of suppliers and handling supplier clarification needs.
- Knowledge of the process of negotiation and ability to negotiate.
- Pre-Qualification of Vendors
- Updating information on Vendor database
- Filing and management of Vendor data
- Assist with and input to the Procurement Package Owners with the following
- Preparation of Preliminary Offers for evaluation
- Expediting of Vendor information
- Expediting of Vendor equipment deliveries
- Preparing and updating Procurement Status Reports and Equipment Procurement Schedules
- Processing large volumes of invoices and payments for multiple projects across various site locations.
- Receive, sort and reconcile invoices and supporting documentation against purchase order terms and conditions
- Invoice entry to internal systems
- Take ownership of designated tasks and projects as assigned
- Knowledge of SAP is added advantage

**Requirements and skills**
- A high proficiency with Microsoft Excel is essential
- Graduate with 1 to 2 yrs. experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prepare, organize, and maintain records / files for a web based platform
- Ability to co-ordinate with other staff and departments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is essential
- An organised self-starter who is attentive to detail and able to work Independently
- Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks, likely with
- Competing priorities
- Immediate Joiner preferred

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
