Desired
- Professional degree/ Diploma in Engineering

Experience : 12 + years of Experience in sales & Marketing Profile in OEM + Auto Ancillary company

Roles and Responsibilities
- Formulate the annual sales plan for the region/territory in terms of regional / export targets (revenue, volumes), targeted key accounts, product-wise & segment-wise targets, new customer acquisition targets, etc.
- Liaise with S&OP and plants to determine the recommendations for pricing with final guidance from MD/ ED
- Monitor timely dispatch compliance and collections with minimum overdues (as per targets)
- Actively collates information on different clients and competitors for creating business opportunities in that region
- Drive retention and revenue growth in existing key accounts across regions and identified industry segments
- Actively work towards increasing domestic market share in key accounts / geographies
- Influence other departments (production, quality, S&OP) to manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Proactively manage employee growth and up-skilling in the function

- Preferable worked / working exposure in Auto/Metal Companies.
