Key Responsibilities
- 1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.

4. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Support, to align sales strategies and ensure customer success.

6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM software.

**Requirements**:
1. 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment.

2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
