Provide administrative support to site services and HR function.- Support colleague engagement initiatives- Inspection of vendors, administrative SOP compliances.-
- To oversee Time Office functions, review, and control late coming/ absenteeism, maintain and update leave records.- To compiles, maintains, update Statutory Records, File Returns, notices, attend to inspections as required under applicable Labor laws and to liaison with the authorities- To compile / processes attendance and other data required for payroll of employees.- Management of contingent workers, training, and documentation- To ensure safe working conditions and safe work practices to ensure accident-free operations- To ensure adherence and compliance to Pfizer EHS requirements and participation of employees in EHS programs, safety meetings.- Adherence to local legal requirements, EHS policy and EHS standards/ programs/ SOPs to ensure compliance and improve the safety culture.- To compile, maintain, update Statutory Records, File Returns, notices, attend to inspections as required under applicable Factory Inspectorate and to liaison with the authorities- To coordinate Performance Appraisals, Performance/ Progress Reviews, Confirmation, annual Increments of personnel.- Provide support to Goa site in timely acquisition of talent (Regular/Temporary)- Conduct New Hire HR Orientation & arrange for Department Orientation.- To design and conduct/deliver Training on departmental SOPs and Behavioral/Management development areas.- To administer employee benefits, LTA, Medical Claims, Insurance claims, Superannuation, Gratuity etc.- To handle HR service-related grievances of Employees

**Qualifications**:
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 to 6 years of experience in reputed manufacturing organizations, preferably pharma.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy level and ability to work hard under pressure.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other administrative support members.

Nice-to-Have
- Master's Degree in Business Administration
- Strong understanding of both the pharma industry and scientific, academic research environments.
- Knowledge of commercial processes or business analytics processes.

Be aself-starter and have a sense of urgency in delivering results

Work Location Assignment: On Premise
