As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will also provide exceptional customer service, assisting individuals with inquiries and maintaining open communication with both the client and your team. **Pay Rate: $18.55 / Hour**

**What You'll Do**:

- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
- Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
- Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
- Support emergency preparedness and response efforts in accordance with site-specific protocols.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
