The attention (Key clientele) is Real Estate Builders, Colonisers, Architects, City/State/Central Government bodies etc. The company also enjoys a monopoly in the market of Sewage Treatment Plant domain because of the uniqueness of the products developed.

Job Profile:
We are seeking a motivated freshers for the position of Sales Executive. This role involves exploring new sales opportunities and establishing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Actively prepare & deliver presentations, proposals & bids that showcase the organisation's capabilities & value proposals.
- Negotiate contracts & agreements with clients & partners, ensuring compliance with company policies & industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, to ensure timely & quality delivery of projects.
- Show strong organizational and time management skills.
- Study of tender documents and preparation of key information.
- Timely replies to enquiries generated through online platforms.

Requirement:

- freshers up to 1 year experience only.
- Degree in BBA, MBA, B.Tech Civil or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills.
- Must have a vehicle to commute within the city.
- Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Through understanding of marketing & persuasion techniques.

**NOTE - CANDIDATES FROM BHOPAL & NEARBY AREAS WILL BE PREFERRED**

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
