a. Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media plans that align with our brand and goals.

b. Maintain a well-organized social media calendar to ensure timely content delivery.

c. Work with the team to determine how our social media pages should look and sound.

**B. Content Creation and Management**:
a. Come up with fresh ideas for posts, reels, and stories that resonate with our audience.

b. Work together with the team to execute those ideas.

c. Write engaging captions that captures attention and sparks interaction.

d. Use relevant hashtags to increase visibility.

e. Research topics and content for doctors to speak about in Reels as well as youtube videos.

**C. Competitor Analysis and Innovation**:
a. Research our competitors to see what types of content are successful.

b. Share insights and suggestions during team meetings to improve our social media presence.

c. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new platforms for better engagement.

**D. Metrics Tracking and Reporting**:
a. Monitor and analyse key social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

b. Use data to make informed decisions and improve our strategies.

c. Adapt to changes in social media algorithms to reach and engage more people.

E. Influencer Collaboration and Customer Engagement:
a. Identify influencers, brand advocates, and thought leaders to partner with.

b. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and comments.

c. Build positive relationships and maintain our brand's reputation.

**F. Innovation and Continuous Learning**:
a. Keep up with new social media platforms, tools, and technologies.

b. Bring fresh ideas and suggestions to enhance our social media presence.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
