**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to support a productive work environment.
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and teams as needed.
- Handle the organization and maintenance of documents, records, and files.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities related to events.
- Assist in budget planning and management for administrative expenses.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts, review agreements, and ensure cost-effective solutions.

**Necessary Skills required**

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ø Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ø Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Experience**

2-5 Yrs

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
