Open Position: Data Mining Specialist

Required Experience: 6 months 2 years

Qualification: Graduate

Job location: Mohali (On site)

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Mining (Contact Extraction for Lead Generation) from different online and offline resources using tools like Excel, Google sheets or CRM software.
- Graduate with Good Experience in Accurate Data Mining from various online and offline resources.
- Extensive Knowledge of **Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Lusha, Phantom buster, Discover.org and CrunchBase etc.**
- Out Bound Calling Experience will be advantage
- Extracting valid, authentic, and actionable information from Various Sources Working on various Industries
- Strategic data analysis and research to support business needs.
- Good Communication skills and professional command on Written English.
- Professional Typing skills and competent accuracy in relevant Data Extraction.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel or online CRM software.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in data mining, research methodologies and CRM experience are a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to create good processes for data research.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Curiosity: A curious and inquisitive mindset to explore data and uncover valuable insights.
- Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
