**Job Description: Process Associate**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling inbound and outbound calls for medical inquiries from US clients.
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues related to medical queries.
- Ensuring high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Documenting calls and maintaining accurate client records.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while interacting with clients.
- Achieving performance and quality targets set by the client.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in an international voice process, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work efficiently in a night shift environment (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays, if required by the client.
