**Key Responsibilities:1. Lesson Planning and Delivery**

- Use a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on experiments, visual aids, and interactive discussions, to make learning engaging.

**2. Practical Demonstrations and Experiments**
- Conduct laboratory sessions to demonstrate scientific principles and foster experiential learning.
- Ensure the safe use of lab equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Guide students in conducting experiments and documenting their observations.

**3. Student Assessment and Evaluation**
- Prepare and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student understanding.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their knowledge and skills.
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and progress.

**4. Classroom Management**
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Address individual learning needs, ensuring all students are engaged and supported.
- Manage classroom resources effectively, including textbooks, lab materials, and digital tools.

**5. Curriculum Development and Collaboration**
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary lessons and activities.
- Stay updated on curriculum changes, teaching techniques, and advancements in physics education.
- Participate in curriculum planning and improvement initiatives as required.

**6. Parent and Community Engagement**
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and concerns.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
