**Key Responsibilities**
- **Subject Teaching**:

- Deliver comprehensive and engaging lessons in Physics for grades 11 and 12.
- Explain complex concepts in mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, optics, modern physics, and other advanced topics.
- Develop students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare students for board exams and entrance exams like JEE/NEET.
- **Curriculum Planning and Development**:

- Plan, develop, and deliver lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and board guidelines (CBSE/ICSE/State Board/IB).
- Create and maintain effective teaching materials and resources.
- Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and technology in the classroom.
- **Student Assessment and Support**:

- Design and administer regular assessments, quizzes, and exams to monitor student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve.
- Offer extra support and remedial classes for students who require additional help.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a disciplined and conducive learning environment.
- Foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for Physics among students.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest teaching practices and advancements in Physics.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and teacher training programs.
- **Additional Duties**:

- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.
- Supervise and mentor students during extracurricular activities or science projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
