**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Execute daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management.
- Monitor bank account balances and ensure adequate funding for operational needs and investment opportunities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cash management strategies to optimize working capital efficiency.
- Manage relationships with banking partners, including opening/closing accounts, negotiating fees, and resolving banking issues.
- Execute wire transfers, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts, variance analysis, and financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial risks, including interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and credit risk.
- Support treasury projects and initiatives, such as system implementations, process improvements, and compliance enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Finance, and Operations, to support business objectives and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, banking products, and treasury management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Professional certification (e.g., CTP, ACT) a plus.
