**SIB Operations and Services Ltd (SIBOSL)**, a subsidiary of **The South Indian Bank**, is seeking dedicated and dynamic Micro Finance Assistants to join our team. As a Micro Finance Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our Micro Finance initiatives, ensuring the smooth execution of field activities. This role provides an opportunity for individuals who are committed to making a real impact on the community.

As a Micro Finance Assistant, your primary responsibilities include:
1. KYC Cross-Checking: Verify KYC documents alongside e-Aadhaar data captured directly
from the UIDAI site using our API through biometric devices.

2. Field Activities: Take charge of field activities related to NBC business, including house
visits to Joint Liability Group members.

3. Coordination: Ensure effective coordination with Business Correspondence branches,
anchor points, and the NBC Cell.

4. Business Targets: Collaborate with Business Correspondence Branches to achieve
assigned business targets.

5. Query Resolution: Promptly escalate field-level queries to anchor points for resolution.

6. Liaisoning: Maintain a liaison with ABG through anchor points to ensure proper
communication and steady business growth.

7. Monitoring: Monitor disbursements and collections activities at Business Correspondence
branches.

8. Reporting: Submit daily field reports to the Anchor Point / NBC Cell at HO-ABG.

**Travel Requirement**

Please note that this job will involve travel within the specified area of responsibility (travel allowance will be provided)

**Age Limit **: 30 years.

**Language Skills**: Basic knowledge in English and Proficiency in the local language.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
