- Gather and analyze relevant financial data, including property purchase prices, rental income projections, operating expenses, and financing costs.
- Assist in conducting market research and due diligence to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with the property investment team to evaluate the financial feasibility and risks associated with each investment.
- Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and recommendations.
- Monitor and track the performance of existing property investments, assessing their financial viability and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and economic factors that may impact the property investment landscape.
- Support the team in various ad-hoc financial analysis and research projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- MBA Finance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, including ROI, IRR, and NPV calculations.
