**About the Role**:
As a Hitachi Storage Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise storage systems, ensuring efficient performance and data availability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement storage solutions that meet business needs, drive incident and change management processes, and provide expert technical guidance. This role requires collaboration with various infrastructure groups to ensure the seamless integration of storage services with other IT components.

Hybrid ( Twice a week as per the requirement)

**Requirements**:
**Must have skills**:
-Extensive knowledge on the Hitachi Storage arrays which include VSP models.
-In-depth knowledge on Configuring and Managing replication (Shadow image/COW, True Copy, HUR), GAD, HORCM.
-Hands on experience in configuring and managing the RAID Groups, Storage pools and Storage tiering.
-Working knowledge on Hitachi tools such as CCI, HORCM, Ops Analyzer/Protector/tools etc.
-In-depth understanding on SAN fabric, Virtual Fabric (VSAN), FCIP Configuration management and Host to SAN connectivity.
-Good experience in handling storage virtualization and heterogeneous environment.
-Hands on experience in configuring and managing Brocade SAN Switches, Zoning management etc.
-Very Good knowledge on Storage performance troubleshooting.
-Good experience in change, incident, and problem management.
-Perform change management and incident management for enterprise storage systems.
-Analyse change request, review change requests with clients and stake holders.
-Ability to handle and drive incident review bridges by identifying the potential problems recommend solutions to be implemented.
-Good communication skills to manage customers/clients.
-Experience in storage migration using virtualization.
-Communication - Work effectively with other Infrastructure groups including the Network, Server & Database teams the Application Development teams.

**Good to have skills**:
-Good working knowledge of VMware
-Working knowledge on OS(AIX/Windows/Linux)
-Scripting and Automation skills with a drive to optimize infrastructure/processes and increase efficiencies
