We are looking for dynamic and persuasive Marketing Staff to contact potential customers, promote our products or services, and drive conversions. If you're confident in your communication skills and results-driven, this opportunity is for you.

This is a performance-based position with no fixed salary. You’ll be compensated based on your results and eligible for bonuses upon achieving targets. You can choose to work full-time or part-time, with flexible hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present products/services effectively to generate interest and conversions.
- Maintain follow-ups with prospects to close deals.
- Track and report outreach activities and conversions.
- Meet or exceed sales milestones.

**Compensation**:

- Performance-based earnings only (no fixed salary).
- Commission for each successful sale/conversion.
- Bonuses for achieving milestones or targets.
- Flexible payment options: weekly or monthly, based on your preference.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
