**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, MS Office.
- Knowledge of Revit (preferred).
- Strong design sense and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of construction techniques and materials.
- Communication and client-handling skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
