Junior Architect

**Job Title**: Junior Architect

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and plans using CAD and other design tools.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop concepts, layouts, and detailed designs.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Research and integrate building codes, standards, and regulations into designs.
- Prepare 3D models, renderings, and presentations for client review.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Support senior architects in preparing project documentation and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in architectural design or construction.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for design and innovation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Architecture or certification in specialized design tools.
- Experience with sustainable or green building practices.

**Working Conditions**:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
