**Mandatory Skills**:

- Responsible for **scheduling control-M jobs** for automated executions.
- Responsible for all existing Control-M job definitions.
- **Supervise & schedule** batch jobs that triggers the scripts for collecting and loading data.
- **Trouble shooting AFT** (Advanced File Transfer) accounts (Connection profiles).
- Creating policies for the backup jobs depending upon the nature of the backup requested.
- Have strong knowledge on Different types of calendars and its usage.
- Responsible for Calendar maintenance.
- Sound knowledge on Workload policies, Reporting, Forecast, BIM and other Control-M components.
- Should be responsible for audits with respect to Control-M.
- Document technical solutions and build SOPs for the monitoring team.
- Knowledge on Linux, Unix and Windows environment is mandatory.
- Sound knowledge to recommend suggestions that will comply with standards and best practices.
- Should have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; helps contribute to timely completion of project deliverables well short of schedule.
- Analytical skill to understand user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing job flows and schedules systems.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge on ITIL and Certification preferred.
- Knowledge on ServiceNow ITSM tool
- Basic understanding of scripting.

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
