Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the products/services offered by Tata 1mg.
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to handle customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using internal CRM systems.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader.
- Follow all company policies and procedures during customer interactions.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi.
- Basic understanding of English (for reading and understanding instructions).
- Persuasive speaking skills and positive attitude.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Certificate)
- Graduation is an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge preferred

**Experience**:

- Freshers can apply
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or BPO will be an added advantage
