Worlder TEAM is a startup founded by four doctorates and a project manager from Carnegie Mellon University, one of the top universities in engineering and technology-based in the United States. Our company is on a mission to create a groundbreaking platform that empowers small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to effortlessly expand their businesses globally, as outlined in our mission statement, "Create a platform that takes SMEs global effortlessly."

**Your role**:

- Identify new F&B prospects in Coimbatore and prepare an initial review of their business model and operational structure
- Conduct introductory discussions/interviews with the business owners of either identified or provided prospects, against a pre-drafted script and list of qualification parameters
- Contribute towards preparing training manuals for testing participants
- Demo and conduct training for customer locations about the Worlder’s suite of products
- Understand external stakeholder’s perspective and contribute towards preparing required product literature and manuals
- Ability to understand the requirements on ground and proactiveness in reporting.
- Manage a database of local real estate and F&B segment brokers
- Gather feedback from the local prospects and understand their pain points better
- Localising the communication material for a better grasp of prospects and their teams
- Participate in local field testing of WG suite products

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Tamil, English is mandatory, in Hindi is a plus. (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge and understanding of Japanese language, will be preferred (local contact available with Ryu)
- Native of Coimbatore or someone who has spent past 3-5 years in Coimbatore and holds good understanding of city’s geographical mapping, culture and business environment
- Google Workspace/MS Office experience
- Experience in generating reports
- Prior experience in the SaaS based software product
- Having experience in SMEs or retail based products is a plus
