**Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic **real estate sales executive** to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience in property sales who is eager to grow their career in a fast-paced and client-focused environment. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, and closing deals while delivering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and engage potential buyers through cold calling, referrals, and online platforms
- Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and benefits
- Negotiate sales terms and close property transactions
- Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and prepare regular sales reports
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth documentation and compliance
- **Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or client-facing sales roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of property laws and documentation
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
