**POSITION**: Inside Sales Executive

**EXPERIENCE**: 2+ years of proven experience in Inside Sales

**LOCATION**: Indore

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
- **Sales Process Support**: Assist the sales team in coordinating product demos, preparing proposals, and closing deals. Ensure smooth communication between the client and the sales team.
- **Sales Metrics Tracking**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead status within CRM software to track performance and follow up on key opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and delivery of customer solutions.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Track and report daily/weekly/monthly sales activities to management, providing insight into pipeline health and sales progress.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure a high level of satisfaction and engagement with potential and existing clients, striving to meet or exceed expectations.

**Key Skills**:

- **Proven experience** (2+ years) as an Inside Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in B2B sales.
- Strong **communication skills** (both verbal and written), with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Experience working with **CRM software** (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in **MS Excel**.
- Ability to quickly **identify client needs** and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- **Goal-oriented** with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent **time management**, organizational, and **problem-solving** skills.
- **Team-oriented** with a proactive and solution-focused approach to sales.
- Strong **interpersonal skills**, with the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.
