We are looking for a qualified **Computer and peripherals Repair Engineer and Service Incharge **who is capable of card level and chip level repairs of computer systems, printers, monitors and accessories.You will also manage the service department team and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. You will have to ensure excellent customer service, maintain strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors and ensures repeat customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proven experience as **computer technician** or similar role
- Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components
- Setting up hardware and installing and configure software's and drivers
- Arrange maintenance sessions to discover and mend inefficiencies
- Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference
- Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Very good communication abilities
- Exceptional organizing and time-management skills

**Qualification** : Any Graduate

**Location** : Mumbai

**Preferred Location** : Mumbai

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,515.21 per month
