- Job Description:
"Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems. Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed,
Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation."
RESPONSIBILITIES - Conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.
- Researches, coordinates and installs software releases and database integration to ensure
- Work cross-functionally across lines of business to ensure their domain’s data is managed and understood
- Driving end-to-end the cleansing, maintenance, and governance of data by defining data standards for creation, completeness, and accuracy for attributes within the respective master.
- Responsible for ongoing data quality initiatives such as research, match/merging, and various aspects of data cleansing to remediate issues identified.
- Work with SI partner ad business to define data architecture and data rules for the respective data domain.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data as used across the organization
- Direct Data Quality activities to create and maintain good quality data.
- Work with other Data Owners to resolve data issues and dissonance across business units
- Second level review for issues identified by Data Champions
- Guide the analysis and discussion of data and/or process issues in Master data
- Monitor SLAs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of Master Data processes and workflows
- Ensure teamwork and collaboration across data domains, business units, stakeholders, and support organizations.
- Periodically provide reports to the Steering Committee on data quality, compliance, policies, or regulatory requirements that impact the data domain.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
"Successfully implemented at least one MDM solution
Previous experience in a Master Data Management (MDM) or Data owner role
Leading teams to design, build, test, execute, and data mangement solutions.
Report activities to the data owners / MDM lead and the other stakeholders within a data domain
Work cross-functionally across lines of business to ensure their domain’s data is managed and understood
