**The team you'll be part of**

Global Business Services R2R Revenue/Cost Accounting, Supporting and coordinating R2R Accounting operational processes for EMEA Region.

Perform Analyses and Operate several activities for BS and P&L in Accounting focusing on Revenue, Cost and Inventories. Verifies quality and consistency in methodology and accounting principles applied in own responsibility area. Cooperates actively with colleagues and internal/external customers, stakeholders and BPO.

Proactively performing preventive quality and accounting controls and ensuring corrective actions when errors occur.

Coordinate and bring initiatives for automations on the R2R Accounting process

Understands, articulates and implements best practices related to his/her area of expertise. Lead or be an active participant of a working-group, provides guidance on how his/her area of capability can resolve an organizational need and actively participates in projects.

Being the goalkeeper for Revenue and Cost accounting plus ensure the SOX compliance with accurate financial skills.

**What you will learn and contribute to**
- Supports Service Manager on continuous interaction with business partners
- Daily cooperation with external service providers
- Review current processes on main responsibility area and be the channel to place the corresponding Revenue/Cost activities
- Ensure SOX and internal control compliance
- Support internal and external audits
- Ensure that related process documentation and training materials are available and up to date
- Supports process deployment activities.
- Follows and supports CFO tools development and inform users when appropriate
- Involvement in global projects related to process improvement, project coordination roles
- Make sure process problems are resolved in a timely and quality manner, coordinate resolution, coaching users in correcting reported problems and creating issue prevention methods and tools.
- Collects process requirements and issues that cannot be solved locally and escalates them to appropriate owners
- Coordinate harmonization processes under own responsibility area
- Ensure control of team key performance indicators
- Analyses process performance measures and proposes actions
- Cooperate continuously in new process run under R2R Accounting area

**Your skills and experience**
- University or college degree in economics / Finance or related field
- 6-8 year experience in finance
- Good knowledge of common concepts
- Strong analitical skills
- Strong Experience with SAP FI module
- Literacy in Microsoft Office
- PBI, Automations, Celonis is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken of English is a must
