**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Financial Statement Preparation**:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

**2. Accounting Operations**:

- Manage and maintain general ledger accounts, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

**3. Real Estate Specific Accounting**:

- Manage and account for rental income, property expenses, and capital expenditures.

**4. Audits and Compliance**:

- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax filings and financial reporting.

**5. Financial Analysis and Reporting**:

- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

**6. Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the finance team, property managers, and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or B. Com/M. Com related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
