**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain office documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth workflow
- Handle attendance, staff records, and basic HR-related documentation
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining data
- Manage office supplies, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination
- Support management in operational activities whenever required
- Ensure office discipline and compliance with company procedures

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles (manufacturing background preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently
- Good organizational and time-management skills
