Minimum Required Experience 5 years Full Time Skills Hr Management Management Hr Policies And Procedures HR Operations Basic SAP Hr Training Statutory compliance Labour Welfare Hr Complience Manpower Handling Sap S 4Hana Hr Admin Hr Databases Contract Labour Management Manpower Allocation Labour Law Grivences Handling Plant HR Ops Experience Of Different Committees Like Hse Posh Canteen Works Grievance Description Senior Executive Job Title Senior Executive Job Summary The Senior Executive will play a crucial role in managing HR operations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies This position requires a proactive individual with extensive experience in SAP S 4Hana and HR management practices to support the organization s strategic goals Duties and Responsibilities Oversee HR operations including recruitment onboarding and employee relations Manage HR databases and ensure accurate record-keeping Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance Handle grievances and facilitate resolution processes Coordinate with various committees such as HSE POSH and Grievance Committees Support plant HR operations and manage manpower allocation and handling Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labor laws and welfare regulations Conduct HR training sessions and workshops for staff development Manage contract labor and oversee related administrative tasks Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 5-8 years of experience in HR management with a focus on SAP S 4Hana Strong knowledge of HR policies procedures and labor laws Experience in handling grievances and managing employee relations Proficient in HR databases and reporting tools Key Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software Performance Expectations Meet or exceed HR operational KPIs and objectives Ensure timely and effective resolution of employee grievances Maintain high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement Achieve compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
