**Qualification** - Graduate in Psychology and Masters in Psychology

**Experience**: 2-3 years
- Associate Psychologist will be involved in the day to day operations of our company. They will work closely with our Psychologists by providing coordination and support in organizing Wellbeing services for our Corporate clients and Partners such as: planning mental health interventions, assisting and observing webinars and workshops & catering to clients' Emotional wellbeing needs and queries.

First 3 months: Associate Psychologist will go through multiple training programs (Clinical and Managerial)
- **On the job training will include: -**_
- Different therapies
- Mock Sessions under the guidance Senior Psychologists
- Case discussions
- Public speaking training
- Certification courses for psychologists online/offline (CBT-REBT & Eclectic)
- Content creation training
- Language sensitivity and business communication training to face clients

Post 3 months: It will be a mixture of 50% Clinical work (including taking webinars, Emotional Check-in Sessions and Counselling Sessions)and 50% Managerial work
- Operations, Client/ Partner relationship management.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
