Role: Site Supervisor (Interior Designer)

**Responsibilities**:
Construction Supervision: Monitor and supervise the construction and installation activities on-site to ensure they align with the approved design plans, quality standards, and project timeline.

Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the construction phase.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that construction work meets the desired quality standards, and address any issues or defects promptly.

Design Compliance: Ensure that all construction work adheres to the approved design plans, specifications, and relevant building codes or regulations.

Material and Equipment Management: Coordinate the procurement, delivery, and installation of materials, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment required for the project.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any construction-related issues, conflicts, or delays that may arise during the project, in collaboration with the project team.

Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards for workers and visitors.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation related to the construction process, including site inspections, change orders, and project updates.

Client Relations: Liaise with clients to provide regular updates on the project's progress, address any concerns or questions, and ensure client satisfaction with the construction phase.

Team Management: Supervise and manage the on-site construction team, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers, to ensure efficient and productive work.

**Requirements**:
Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience as a site supervisor, construction manager, or project coordinator in the interior design industry is highly desirable.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, interior design principles, and building codes/regulations. Familiarity with various materials, finishes, and construction techniques used in interior design projects.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.

Leadership: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities to effectively manage the on-site construction team and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.

Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure that construction work aligns with design specifications and quality standards.

Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and find practical solutions in a timely manner.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
