**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning & Execution**:

- Monitor daily production output and ensure adherence to the production plan.
- Allocate manpower and assign daily tasks.
- Ensure machines and tools are properly maintained and available.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that products are manufactured to quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality department for inspections and corrective actions.
- Train workers on quality checkpoints.
- **People Management**:

- Supervise shop floor employees; ensure discipline and performance.
- Conduct on-the-job training for new or existing employees.
- Handle grievances and escalate issues to management.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Enforce safety procedures and ensure PPE usage.
- Report and investigate incidents, near-misses, and safety hazards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and Lean activities.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Assist in implementing new production techniques or technologies.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain daily production records and shift reports.
- Track downtime, material shortages, and rejections.
- Ensure accurate documentation for audits and reviews.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
