Order Processor

Collecting and entering data in databases and maintain accurate records of valuable company information. should have knowledge of ms excel and ms word. insert customer data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents. compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry. research and obtain further information for incomplete documents. scan documents and print files. keep information confidential. respond to queries for information and access relevant files.

**requirements and skills**:

- previous work experience in similar field.
- experience with ms office and data entry.
- typing speed and accuracy.
- mail drafting.
- excellent knowledge of correct spelling grammar and punctuation
- confidentiality.
- diploma or graduation in required or other similar field.
- great typing skills and communication skills.
- good in maintain customer relationship.
