**Job Summary**:
Cars99 is hiring full-time Telecallers for our used car dealership in Noida. The role involves calling leads, handling inbound queries, and scheduling appointments for used car evaluations and showroom visits. If you're confident, clear in communication, and eager to grow, we welcome you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers.
- Share information about available cars and dealership services.
- Schedule appointments for car inspections and test drives.
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversions.
- Answer customer questions professionally and clearly.
- Coordinate with the sales team for daily activity updates.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
- Good spoken Hindi is required; basic English is an advantage.
- Confident, clear, and polite on phone calls.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel or CRM).
- Experience in telecalling, BPO, or car sales is a plus.
