Walnut Child Development Clinic is a well-established pediatric therapy center dedicated to supporting children with developmental delays and neurodevelopmental conditions. Our Kharadi branch is equipped with advanced therapy tools and a multidisciplinary team committed to holistic child development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct physical assessments and developmental screenings for children from infancy to adolescence.
- Design and execute individualized treatment plans for conditions such as:

- Developmental delay
- Cerebral palsy
- Hypotonia/hypertonia
- Autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
- Musculoskeletal or neurological impairments
- Use play-based and goal-oriented physiotherapy techniques to improve:

- Gross motor skills
- Postural control
- Coordination and strength
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress reports.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators for integrated child care.
- Educate and support parents with home exercise programs and therapy follow-ups.
- Participate in awareness drives, parent interaction programs, and internal training sessions.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Bachelor’s (BPT) or Master’s (MPT)** in Physiotherapy from a recognized institute.
- Ability to handle children with special needs with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Fluent in **English**, **Hindi**, and **Marathi**.
- Registration with a recognized Physiotherapy Council (preferred).

**Additional Highlights**
- Prior experience/internship in pediatric or neuro settings is desirable but not mandatory.
- Must be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Training support will be provided to freshers or early-career professionals.
