**About Us**:
Walnut Child Development Clinic is a leading clinic specializing in the assessment and treatment of children with developmental disorders. We are committed to providing comprehensive and holistic care through a multidisciplinary approach. We are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our team and contribute to the care of children in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children to evaluate their physical and motor skills, strength, coordination, and movement patterns.
- Design and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each child.
- Use a variety of therapeutic techniques to improve the child's mobility, posture, strength, and coordination.
- Collaborate with other specialists (speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, etc.) to provide integrated treatment plans.
- Educate and guide parents and caregivers on exercises and strategies to assist in the child’s development and rehabilitation.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of each child throughout the treatment process.
- Document all assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports accurately.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments and research in pediatric physiotherapy.
- Ensure adherence to safety and ethical standards in all treatments and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to junior therapists and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

**Requirements**:

- **For Senior Physiotherapist**:

- Bachelor's in Physiotherapy (BPT) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric physiotherapy.
- Strong hands-on experience in assessing and treating children with developmental delays or disabilities.
- Familiarity with a wide range of physiotherapy techniques and equipment used for pediatric rehabilitation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner.
- **For MPT (Freshers)**:

- Master’s in Physiotherapy (MPT) with a special focus on pediatrics or neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Freshers with an academic focus on pediatric physiotherapy are welcome to apply.
- A passion for working with children and a willingness to learn and grow in a clinical setting.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a pediatric or child development clinic is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor therapies to individual needs.
- Empathy and patience when working with children and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
