**Designation : Production Supervisor**

**Location : Kaman Road (Pick and Drop Facility from Naigaon Station)**

**Salary
- upto 30K**

**Working Days : Monday to Saturday**

**Week Off : Sunday**

**Time : 9.30 to 6.30**

**Experience: 2 years minimum**

**Education
- Graduation from any field (Mechanical background or Experience from manufacturing industry would be preferred)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production processes, ensuring they adhere to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff, ensuring team members meet performance targets.
- Implement production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment to avoid breakdowns.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Review and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments (quality control, maintenance, etc.) for smooth workflow.
- Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and ensure timely replenishment.
- Control production costs, ensuring adherence to budget.
- Maintain records of production data, reports, and employee performance.
- Conduct periodic inspections of the production floor to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
- Prepare and implement continuous improvement initiatives for better productivity.
- Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork and communication.
