**Job Title: Restaurant Waiter / Waitress**
**Job Summary**: The Steward is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of services, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Duties vary depending on the industry but typically involve assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining equipment and facilities, and supporting event or service operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist guests or customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during service.
- Provide information about services, menu items.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring accurate orders and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment.
- Clean and sanitize tables, utensils, and equipment after use.
- Ensure that service areas are tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Dispose of waste and manage recycling according to protocols.
- Maintain records of service activities, inventory, and any incidents.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Support and train new staff members as needed.
- Communicate effectively with management and colleagues.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
