Position / Role: 3D Motion Graphics

Experience Required: 3 - 5 years

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Production Head

Industries Preferred: OTT, e-commerce, Media & Entertainment, Internet

Qualifications Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, animation, or related field

Skills Required: Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Familiarity with video editing and color correction, Sound design and music composition skills

Job Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics for a variety of projects, including but not limited to explainer videos, product demos, corporate presentations, and marketing materials.
- Work with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards that meet the project’s objectives and requirements
- Bring ideas and stories to life through strong visual design, typography, colour, and animation
- Incorporate feedback and direction from clients and team members to iterate on designs
- Stay up to date on latest trends in motion design and animation
- Understand the technical limitations of various platforms and devices and create animations accordingly
- Balance multiple projects at various stages of development, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and budget constraints
- Effectively communicate with other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Take initiative to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions
- Proactively seek out new techniques and software to improve workflow
- Continuously strive to improve skillset and push creative boundaries
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Creative storytelling ability through video and motion graphics
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
