As a Restaurant Cashier at Carnivale, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for handling transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transaction Management**: Accurately process customer payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Provide change and receipts as necessary.
- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address any questions or concerns promptly and efficiently.
- **Order Management**: Input and process orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system. Ensure that orders are prepared correctly and promptly.
- **Pet Pooja Knowledge**: Understand and follow procedures related to **Pet Pooja** and ensure that all related activities are conducted respectfully and in accordance with established guidelines.
- **Front-of-House Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and surrounding areas. Restock supplies as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and address any operational issues that may arise.
- **Compliance**: Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, health and safety, and hygiene.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong numerical skills and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with Pet Pooja practices is an advantage but not mandatory.
- **Attitude**: A positive, customer-oriented attitude with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

**Education**:
12th

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
