**Client Service Executive, Job Description**

If you’ve a knack for communication and serve clients, you’ve landed on the right job description. Our Bengaluru team is searching for a client services professional to take on our client communication.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- The executive will be responsible for end to end client communication. Communicating with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide assistance.
- Problem resolution is key to this role. Resolving client issues, complaints, or concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
- Managing client accounts, including onboarding, renewals, and upselling services or products.
- Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively assist clients.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.

- Client Retention: Focusing on retaining clients and building long-term relationships.
- Staying informed about industry trends and competitors to better serve clients, and providing sales support.

**Required Skills**:

- Any graduate or post graduate degree
- excellent communication skills required
- good time management & people skills
- ability to multitask, meet deadlines
- experience in client service/communication is preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
- Good MS Office, basic mathematical and analytical skills
