We are looking for an ambitious Accounts Executive to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances

**KeyResponsibility Area**:

- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices, Bank Reconciliation
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned
- Sound knowledge in terms of company taxation, i.e., TDS and GST.
- Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices and Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Graduate and over with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience using financial software (Tally)
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to handle cash/bank and confidential information.
