**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Academian. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various digital and print materials, including educational content, marketing collateral, and branding materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design visually compelling graphics for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, infographics, presentations, posters, and brochures.
- Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize and create engaging educational materials, including e-books, worksheets, and interactive learning modules.
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.
- Create eye-catching visuals for marketing campaigns, website content, and digital advertisements.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our designs.
- Work closely with other members of the creative team, including writers, editors, and multimedia producers, to ensure cohesive and impactful design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts visually.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the education or Edtech industry is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
